Delivery terms:

-Delivery is free, provided that the minimum contract is 1000 dirhams.

-The delivery department will contact the customer a day before the delivery.

-The delivery is automatically postponed if the customer doesn’t answer the phone.

-Delivery is done inside the house, provided that the corridors are wide to reach the desired place and that there are no old products in the place of delivery. The company is not responsible of moving, Dismantling, or installing any old product located in the same place of installation.

-Emphasis on the width of the elevator, and in the case that the elevator is not wide, the cost of delivery is determined according to the floor.

-There is a service for dismantling, packaging, and installation of our products, and the cost is 15% of the value of the product to be disassembled and packaged, and we are not responsible of the transportation of products, if it is the responsibility of the customer, and we aren’t responsible of any problems that exist before dismantling the product or any problems during transportation.

Exchange & Return

Exchange and Return:

The product can be replaced or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase (if products has not been installed and remains in its original condition inside the original packaging without installation, and the original invoice attached to it)

  • - Replacement and returned will not be approved in the following cases:
  • 1- The products are in a good condition and there are no problems or defects.

  • 2- Products of the last piece

  • 3- Furniture products (sheets – pillows – mattresses from which its cover has been removed).

  • -In the case the customer requests a refund of the reservation amount and didn’t receive the products, the original contract and identity of the contracting person (not his representative) are required. The total amount of the reservation will be refunded 48 hours after the cancellation request (except for the items that have been indicated that it's not possible to cancel).
  • -It’s absolutely not permissible to recover or cancel any contract by installments.
  • - Regarding shipping orders, our company is responsible of the delivering the products to the shipping company. The responsibility of the customer or his representative in the shipping company is to sign a record of receipt with the number of pieces received and that they are in good condition. Our company is not responsible of any damages or deficiencies resulting from the shipping process permanently.
