Exchange & Return policy
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The original invoice must be presented when requesting a return or exchange.
- Custom-made products, special-order items, clearance items, and last-piece products are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
- Clearance items and last-piece products.
- Mattresses, pillows, bedding products, and similar items once opened or used.
- Custom-made or modified products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery.
- Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or used, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
3. Return Fees
If a customer wishes to return a product for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect or company error, a return request may be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and unassembled.
In such cases, an administrative and logistics fee of 25% of the product value will be deducted. This fee covers return handling, processing, and restocking costs.
The company also reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable fees or charges incurred by payment service providers or installment payment providers.
4. Manufacturing Defects
In the event of a manufacturing defect, MK Kabbani Furniture reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the nature of the defect. The company may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product as deemed appropriate.
5. Reservation Deposit Refunds
If a customer requests cancellation before receiving the products, the reservation deposit will be refunded within 48 hours from the date of the cancellation request, subject to the submission of:
- The original contract.
- Valid identification of the contracting customer.
This does not apply to special-order products or items that have been clearly stated as non-cancellable or non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to deduct any expenses or costs already incurred in relation to the order prior to cancellation.
6. Installment Plans & Electronic Payments
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- For purchases made through Tabby or Tamara, refunds will be processed through the same payment provider according to their applicable procedures and timelines.
- For payments made via bank cards (Visa / MasterCard), the refunded amount may take between 7 to 14 business days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the issuing bank's procedures.
7. Delivery & Installation
- Customers must inspect all products upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items within 48 hours of receiving the order.
8. Shipping Orders
For orders shipped through third-party shipping companies, MK Kabbani Furniture's responsibility ends once the products are handed over to the shipping company in good condition. Customers or their authorized representatives are responsible for verifying the number of items received and their condition upon delivery and signing the delivery acknowledgment accordingly.

Any areas not mentioned, or if the customer wants to deliver to a certain area at another date, delivery will be at a cost according to the region…
Delivery terms:
- Free delivery for orders above 1000 dirhams (Furniture + Furnishings).
- Lighting: Free delivery + installation (Dubai - Sharjah - Ajman - Abu Dhabi) provided that the minimum contract is 1200 dirhams - a delivery fee is calculated in the event of contracting less than 1200 dirhams, which is 25% of the contract value .
- Free delivery and installation for places not mentioned, with a minimum contract of 2000 dirhams, and in the event of contracting less than 2000 dirhams, the cost is determined by area .
-The total amount is to be paid 4 days before receipt..
-The delivery department will contact the customer a day before the delivery.
-The delivery is automatically postponed if the customer doesn’t answer the phone.
-Delivery is done inside the house, provided that the corridors are wide to reach the desired place and that there are no old products in the place of delivery. The company is not responsible of moving, Dismantling, or installing any old product located in the same place of installation.
-Confirmation of the amplitude of the elevator for products, and in the event that it is not wide, 20 dirhams are charged per floor On each piece above the fifth floor.
-There is a service for dismantling, packaging, and installation of our products, and the cost is 15% of the value of the product to be disassembled and packaged, and we are not responsible of the transportation of products, if it is the responsibility of the customer, and we aren’t responsible of any problems that exist before dismantling the product or any problems during transportation.
