Exchange and Return policy
-Replacement and returned will not be approved in the following cases:
1- The arrival of the product to the customer is free of defects and conforms to specifications and measurements when contracting .
2- Products of the last piece
3- Furniture products (sheets – pillows – mattresses from which its cover has been removed).
4- Product Special Detail .
Otherwise, if the customer wishes to exchange or return the product, it will be within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in the original packaging attached to the original invoice at an expense of 25% of the value of the product.
-In the case the customer requests a refund of the reservation amount and didn’t receive the products, the original contract and identity of the contracting person (not his representative) are required. The total amount of the reservation will be refunded 48 hours after the cancellation request (except for the items that have been indicated that it's not possible to cancel).
- It’s absolutely not permissible to recover or cancel any contract by installments.
- Regarding shipping orders, our company is responsible of the delivering the products to the shipping company. The responsibility of the customer or his representative in the shipping company is to sign a record of receipt with the number of pieces received and that they are in good condition. Our company is not responsible of any damages or deficiencies resulting from the shipping process permanently.
