Return & Refund Policy
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition and unused.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The original invoice must be presented when requesting a return or exchange.

Custom-made products, special-order items, clearance items, and last-piece products are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

Clearance items and last-piece products.
-
Mattresses, pillows, bedding products, and similar items once opened or used.

Custom-made or modified products.
-
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery.
-
Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or used, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
3. Return Fees
If a customer wishes to return a product for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect or company error, a return request may be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and unassembled.
In such cases, an administrative and logistics fee of 25% of the product value will be deducted. This fee covers return handling, processing, and restocking costs.
The company also reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable fees or charges incurred by payment service providers or installment payment providers.
4. Manufacturing Defects
In the event of a manufacturing defect, MK Kabbani Furniture reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the nature of the defect. The company may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product as deemed appropriate.
5. Reservation Deposit Refunds
If a customer requests cancellation before receiving the products, the reservation deposit will be refunded within 48 hours from the date of the cancellation request, subject to the submission of:

The original contract.

Valid identification of the contracting customer.
This does not apply to special-order products or items that have been clearly stated as non-cancellable or non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to deduct any expenses or costs already incurred in relation to the order prior to cancellation.
6. Installment Plans & Electronic Payments
Orders purchased through installment payment plans cannot be cancelled or refunded once approved by the financing provider, subject to the terms and conditions of the financing company.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For purchases made through Tabby or Tamara, refunds will be processed through the same payment provider according to their applicable procedures and timelines.

For payments made via bank cards (Visa / MasterCard), the refunded amount may take between 7 to 14 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the issuing bank’s procedures.
7. Delivery & Installation

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items within 48 hours of receiving the order.
8. Shipping Orders
For orders shipped through third-party shipping companies, MK Kabbani Furniture's responsibility ends once the products are handed over to the shipping company in good condition. Customers or their authorized representatives are responsible for verifying the number of items received and their condition upon delivery and signing the delivery acknowledgment accordingly.

10. Policy Updates
MK Kabbani Furniture reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to the order.
