- Valid from the date of receipt.
- Furniture (bedrooms/sofas/tables): 2 years. ( maintenance only )
- Dining rooms: 1 year. ( maintenance only )
- Mattresses: 3–5 years maintenance (minimum 3 cm dip required). No warranty for folded mattresses, warped metal, or liquid spills.
- Chandeliers: 1-month replacement for electrical defects.
- Garden furniture: 1 year.
- Warranty excludes defects from use, fabric, lighting, accessories, humidity issues, glass, and marble.
- No warranty for commercial use (restaurants, hotels), only home use.
- All services are provided to the first beneficiary .
- Products are out of warranty if dismantled or transferred by parties other than our company.
