Delivery and installation
- The delivery time starts from the day the order is placed until the day we try to deliver the order to you " Usually 48 hours" Business days are from Saturday to Thursday, weekends & official holidays are excluded.
- Delivery and installation are free, the condition of the minimum bill is 1000 AED, and the delivery fee to All UAE.
- Free delivery and installation as shown below :
# Dubai - Sharjah - Ajman: Saturday to Thursday
# Abu Dhabi: Saturday and Tuesday
# Al Ain: Wednesday
# Fujairah - Al Zaid - Kalba : Sunday
# Ras Al Khaimah - Umm Al Qaiwain - Dibbah Al Hisn: Monday
# Fujairah - Khorfakkan - Madame - Hatta Dubai: Thursday
- Any areas not mentioned, or if the customer wants to deliver to a certain area at another date, delivery will be at a cost according to the region…
- The delivery department will contact the customer a day before the delivery.
- The delivery is automatically postponed if the customer doesn’t answer the phone.
- Delivery is done inside the house, provided that the corridors are wide to reach the desired place and that there are no old products in the place of delivery. The company is not responsible for moving, Dismantling, or installing any old product located in the same place of installation.
- Home delivery is provided, on condition, there is an elevator that can accommodate the products and wide corridors to reach the desired place without any product damage. In case you do not have the appropriate possibilities to deliver the product without damage, please inform us before receiving it to determine the method of delivery
